5.0 UN-EDITED Pickleball Wall Drilling Session (With Plyos!)

APP Sacramento is next week! I'll be playing 5.0 mens and mixed, and I'm SO pumped. Kicking up the training to get myself in tip top condition. Thank you everyone for all the feedback on the last drilling video! I was really happy to hear you guys liked the raw, un-edited format. I took a poll on instagram and 80% of you guys liked the slow pace, non-retention editing style. ("retention editing" is mr.beast style with tons of cuts, zoom ins, graphics, very high energy). I'm trying to do a hybrid where it's slow paced, but still uses text and graphics to help aid communication and information output. I clipped my microphone on my hat this time because some of you said the audio sounded weird with the mic on the ground (also I kept accidentally hitting it). IDK though, my grunts sound kinda obnoxious to me... I lowered the volume a bit to try and make it sound less egregious. Anyways! Please lay it on me-- give me all the feedback.
