How To Get FAST Hands in Pickleball (With Progression Drills)

I woke up this morning and was scrolling through Instagram-- I stumbled upon this guy doing wall drills and I was shook with how FAST he was doing them. His post here: https://www.instagram.com/p/C4QmJzjtpHQ/ I wanted to try it out for myself and realized that going MAX pace with wall drills is kinda lit. I wasn't able to do it as smoothly as he did, so I developed a progression to help me work up to that level. Going at this pace is pretty tough, so I recommend doing these only in short durations so you don't injure yourself. Also, just wanted to comment responding on questions on whether I'm switching over to gearbox. Basically, when I made the Vanguard Control Review video, I decided that in order for me to give you guys a better more objective review, I had to test out different paddles and collect more data. I'm currently just obsessed with trying out different paddles right now and seeing what all the new technology is out there, including kevlar and all that fun stuff. I'll be competing with the Vanguard Control this weekend, but in the future I will be testing and exploring more different paddles that feature different technology.
