The International Pickleball Federation, Inc. (IPF) is proud to announce its Annual General Meeting (AGM), which will take place from March 8-10. Please mark your calendars for this important event.
The AGM will be held virtually in an online Zoom conference call, and login credentials will be provided to all approved registered attendees.
Please register at this link. Once registered, you will receive a Zoom invitation to participate in the virtual annual general meeting.
The AGM on Friday, March 8, and Saturday, March 9, will be held in two identical AM and PM sessions lasting four hours. AM sessions will start at 7:30 a.m. (India Standard Time), while PM sessions will begin at 7:30 p.m. (IST).
India Standard Time is 10 hours and 30 minutes ahead of Eastern Time, 11 hours and 30 minutes ahead of Central Standard Time, and 13 hours and 30 minutes ahead of Pacific Standard Time.
So, for example, the Friday, March 8 AM session will start at 9 p.m. on Thursday, March 7 in New York and Florida, 8 p.m. in Chicago, and 6 p.m. in Los Angeles.
The PM session on Friday, March 8, will start on Friday, March 8, at 9 a.m. in New York and Florida, 8 a.m. in Chicago, and 6 a.m. in Los Angeles.
The final session on March 10th will be one session.
The schedule for each day will be:
Friday, March 8 – Proposed new Bylaws, operations, and policy review.
Saturday, March 9 – IP Consortium Report 2024-2032
Sunday, March 10 – Election Results and Installation of New Officers

In other IPF news, it has appointed Julie Caines as Vice President of International Country Membership.
Over the last 20 years, she has worked in a variety of roles at Microsoft and Oracle. She is a community volunteer who has taught English as a second language, tutored new readers in under-resourced elementary schools, and provided hospital and hotline support to victims of sexual assault and domestic violence.
The International Federation of Pickleball (IFP) was created to act as the world governing body for the sport of pickleball. It was founded in 2010 by the USA Pickleball Association (USAPA), now USA Pickleball (USAP).
The IFP is a nonprofit organization that focuses its resources on providing support to national and local pickleball organizations.
The current president is Sunil Valavalkar.
