What time do the doors open every day?
Doors will open 1 hour before matches start each day. View the daily schedule HERE.

How do I get to the venue?
Venue Address: CityPickle at Wollman Rink in Central Park, 830 5th Avenue, New York, NY 10065
Enter the park at 59th Street and 6th Avenue. Take walking path off of Center Drive and continue straight until you reach Wollman Rink. Additionally, you can get directions by entering Wollman Rink into Google Maps with setting on walking. See map here.

Note, there is no parking available at this venue. We recommend taking the subway, walking, or using a ride share car service.

What is the bag policy?
All guests will proceed through a screening process before entry is permitted to the Wollman Rink gates. There will be a limit of ONE bag per guest admitted onto the Grounds. All bags are subject to search and must not be larger than 12” W x 12”H x 16” L (size exception if larger size necessitated for ADA/medical equipment reasons). There are no bag storage facilities on the Grounds. 

Are there restrictions on what I can bring inside the venue?
The following items are prohibited and MAY NOT be brought onto the premises:

• Backpacks (Exception: single compartment drawstring bags; or if used for ADA/medical equipment reasons, to be confirmed by the Security Supervisors
• Hard coolers or like containers
• Sealed packages of any kind
• Glass bottles, containers, or cans (Exception: reusable metal or plastic water bottles-24 oz. or less)
• Aerosol cans or noise-making devices
• Alcohol or other beverages containing alcohol; illegal substances
• Video cameras or recording devices (Exception: cell phones and SLR cameras, with lenses up to and not exceeding 300mm, with video or recording capabilities) and mono/bipods/tripods or other professional camera equipment
• Computers or laptops
• Weapons of any kind (regardless of permit)
• Animals (Exception: service animals specifically trained to aid a person with a disability are welcome; emotional support animals are not permitted)
• Flags, banners or signs
• Any materials, items or apparel constituting unauthorized advertising or promotion
• Laser pointing devices
• Drones (UAS-Unmanned Aircraft Systems), drone controllers, or model/miniature aircraft
• Selfie-sticks or other telescopic devices
• Skateboards, hoverboards, scooters, bicycles or other personal recreational vehicles, with the exception of ADA-required devices
• Rollerblades
• Masks (other than health and safety face masks)
•  Fireworks, missile-like objects, Frisbees and any other form of projectiles
• Balloons, beach balls and other inflatables
• Confetti or glitter
• Unapproved pamphlets, handouts, etc.
• Any devices that may interfere with and/or distract players, other guests or any technology-related services provided at the premises
• Visible indecent, inappropriate or offensive clothing or accessories
• Any other items deemed dangerous or inappropriate by MLP personnel, in their sole discretion

We appreciate your cooperation, patience and understanding of our security efforts to make your experience at MLP safe and enjoyable. 

Where will matches be live streamed?
All matches will have live coverage, according to the following schedule: 

• All Championship Court matches will be live streamed on Pickleball TV and Game+ (Canada)
  • On-site studio coverage will be provided for all four days
• All Grandstand Court matches will air on the MLP YouTube channel
• Linear TV windows (additive to above coverage):
  • MSG Networks will air all Championship Court matches EXCEPT for these two matches:
  • Thursday at 4 p.m. ET on Tennis Channel
  • Sunday at 4 p.m. ET on Tennis Channel

*PickleballTV is available on these platforms: Amazon Prime Video, The Roku Channel, Samsung TV Plus, Plex, and Fubo. 

Can I live stream tournament matches from my personal devices or film the matches for personal use?
The filming of MLP matches from personal devices is not permitted unless you have obtained written approval from Major League Pickleball prior to the event.

What does VIP include? 
You can find more information about what’s included in the Michelob Ultra Courtside Lounge ticket packages and pricing HERE. Space is limited, so don’t wait to purchase! 

What does VIP include? 
No outside food or drink is allowed. There will be concession food options for purchase inside the venue. If you’d like to bring a reusable water bottle, there are fountains inside the venue.
