MLP Season 2 Playoffs – FAQ

See below for answers to frequently asked questions about the Season 2 Playoffs, which will be held at Life Time Rancho San Clemente on Monday and Tuesday, December 4 and 5.

How much do tickets cost and how can I reserve them?

What is the parking situation at Life Time Rancho San Clemente?
There is no on-site parking at Life Time. All attendees should park in the designated off-site parking lot at the Outlets at San Clemente (101 W Avenida Vista Hermosa) and take one of the recurring shuttles to the venue. Shuttles will run every 10-15 minutes from behind the GUESS store, starting 1.5 hours before match start times until 1 hour after matches end each day. See map for directions.

Will you have shuttles to and from local hotels? 
Shuttles will only be set up to run between Life Time and the designated off-site parking lot.

What time do the doors open every day?
Doors will open one hour before matches start each day.

Where can I watch the Season 2 Playoffs if I cannot attend? 
All Premier Level matches will air on ESPN2 or Tennis Channel, with additional coverage on MSG Networks and AXS TV. MLP’s YouTube channel will provide full event coverage:

Monday, Dec. 4

• 8 a.m. PT: Challenger Match #1 – St. Louis vs. California (MSG Networks, AXS TV, MLP YouTube)
• 10 a.m. PT: Premier Match #1 – D.C. vs. Orlando (Tennis Channel, MSG, AXS & MLP YT)
• Followed by: Premier Match #2 – Chicago vs. Miami (TC, MSG, AXS & MLP YT)
• Followed by: Premier Match #3 – D.C./Orlando losing team vs. Chicago/Miami winning team (TC, MSG, AXS & MLP YT)

Tuesday, Dec. 5

• 9:30 a.m. PT: Challenger Final – St. Louis/California winner vs. SoCal (TC, MSG, AXS & MLP YT)
• 12 p.m. PT: Premier Final – Match #1 winner vs. Match #3 winner (ESPN2)

Can I bring a cooler or backpack in with my own food/drink? 
No outside food or drink is allowed. There will be options for purchase inside the venue.

Are noise makers allowed at the event?
Fans are encouraged to bring the energy and cheer as loud as they can. Air horns and vuvuzelas are prohibited and will not be allowed into the venue.

How many spectators does Life Time hold on championship court? 
Championship Court can hold roughly 1,500 spectators.

Can I live stream tournament matches from my personal devices or film the matches for personal use?
The filming of MLP matches from personal devices is not permitted unless you have obtained written approval from Major League Pickleball prior to the event.

Are there specific courts available for recreational playing throughout the tournament?
All practice courts are reserved exclusively for teams and players to warm-up and practice during the tournament.
