I recently played pickleball in 40 degree and it was entertaining to say the least. I wanted to tell you a bit about that, but also something a bit more important. Jana and I have seen a significant change in net play strategy. We break it down and tell you all about staying away from the kitchen line! Enjoy!

  1. We played a pickleball game last night in 42 degree weather and thought the balls were possessed! They bounced in odd directions and our powerhouse friend was hitting balls lower than ever before and with a force that could rival Superman. Two balls were cracked by the end of the game. The dinks that hit the net bounced off higher than usual. I personally thought it was Christmas magic, but your podcast cleared that up …. A bit ( sorry, I still believe in the magic of Christmas!!). Thank you for this podcast!

  2. Thank you for your generosity. I am enjoying your videos and audios. For a variety of reasons I’ve gotten stuck at the 3.25 level (I know sometimes I play at 3.5 and sometimes at 3.0 so I went in the middle). I plan to pay more attention to your work in 2021 as I get back into playing more regularly.
