I think a lot of my errors on drives comes from poor footwork and not staying low/stable through the shot. By using a seat or a bench, we are forced to emphasize staying low with our legs, which in turn will generate so much power and consistency for our drives. If you watch the slow motion part, you’ll notice that my legs are the first part of the kinetic chain to kick off— the torso and my arm kind of lag behind and just follows the momentum for a nice whip effect.
