The project's research shows that those who engage in a minimum of 2.5 hours of exercise weekly during the early stages of Parkinson's experience a notably slower decline in their quality of life.

Scott Rider, an ambassador for the Parkinson's Foundation and a devoted pickleball enthusiast, emphasizes, "Pickleball is not merely about physical exertion; it embodies connection, joy, and community.
