Work and play on your own schedule at this innovative approach to office space located just outside of Minneapolis, MN.

For most of us, pickleball is the thing we do when we're not working. Evenings, weekends, early mornings ... work first, then play.

A new facility called Forum, located in Delano, about 30 minutes outside of Minneapolis, is looking to flip the script by bringing the best of all worlds under one roof.

The 20,000-square-foot facility features an array of amenities, from fitness centers to a health club, private office space and golf simulators. There's even a 10-person sauna room.

But it's the four professional-grade pickleball courts that caught our eye.

The courts are equipped with live scoring and instant replay features, plus elevated viewing areas so your coworkers can critique your play while they catch up on emails.

"With per-court pricing, it’s easy to split the cost—making it one of the most affordable ways to play, train, or unwind," the brand touts. "Whether you’re here for a quick match or a full day of activity, your time at Forum will be an experience you won’t forget!"

The pay-as-you-go pricing model mean you can mix and match amenities to your liking depending on the day. Everything is bookable via an app, of course.

Here's to hoping this is a concept that catches on. A few hours of pickleball plus a nice sauna sessions sounds pretty good to us.
