Establishing pickleball in Lambeth

Lambeth Council run several indoor leisure centres and outdoor facilities.  Steve Pisano was determined to get pickleball established in the area so that he could play.  Read his case study here.  Steve was lucky enough to have David Bungard deliver his final taster session before stepping down as a County Representative.

According to Lambeth Council’s website, nearly a third of a million people live in the London borough of Lambeth. It has one of the largest geographic areas of any inner London boroughs and is one of the most densely populated areas in the country. Lambeth encompasses Brixton, Clapham, Kennington, Norwood, Streatham, Stockwell, Waterloo and Vauxhall.
